Beth Cochran

Beth Cochran specializes in media relations, social media strategy, and developing and implementing innovative and strategic communications plans for a variety of small- and mid-sized businesses. She believes passion, a powerful message and the right relationships will drive the success of any business.

Beth has worked with a variety of clients, including Rhonda Allison Cosmeceuticals, a cosmeceutical skin care company; Posh Restaurant, a fine-dining establishment; Chef Laura Slama and Laura’s Gourmet Granola; FoodiesLikeUs.com; Bonnie Moehle, an author, speaker and life balancing coach; BRIDGES Camp for Girls, a leadership summer camp for adolescent girls; and Urban Oven, a gourmet cracker company. She also provides pro-bono public relations services to the Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911).

Prior to founding Wired PR, Beth worked as an account executive at Denise Resnik & Associates, where she sharpened her skills in strategic planning, writing, media relations and research for various companies. Prior to joining the agency, she reported for The Arizona Republic and a transit news show in New York City.

Beth graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. She is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She also serves on the board of directors of the Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Phoenix chapter.

In 2006, she received the Bronx Excellence in Television Access Award for Educational Programming and a Certificate of Special Merit in sports writing from The Association of Journalism and Mass Communication and The William Randolph Hearst Foundation, as well as The Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award for Online In-Depth Reporting in 2004.
