When we started working with the team in late 2018, our goal was to help amplify this and guide them as they expanded into a couple new markets. Simultaneously, the team was also rolling out their account-based strategy and needed some additional support with marketing- and sales-aligned content assets and touchpoints.

We worked closely with the sales, marketing and SME team to identify topics that directly addressed customer and prospective customer pain points. We used these topics along with specific keywords to develop a series of blog posts, quizzes, downloadable guides, ebooks, and landing pages. These content assets were also thoughtfully developed to fit into the team’s ABM program.
Result: The sales team was equipped with high-value tools to make more meaningful connections; new website sessions on the blog page increased 20%; the first ebook achieved six organic conversions in the first month.
To help MST highlight their culture, leadership and expertise, we developed a series of story angles and key media outlets to place those stories. This included a mix of industry-specific outlets and mainstream media.
Result: Bylined articles in outlets like Becker’s Hospital Review, Forbes, Conscious Company Magazine, and Health IT Outcomes, and earned media in Authority Magazine, Mergermarket, Business Journal, YPO, and others.
